Player Plots
Player plots are plots that have a large enough reach to require some sort of sign up, or would be difficult for those not directly involved to ignore, or need some sort of NPC/mod involvement.
Examples of player plots include:
Please submit player plots at least a week or two in advance of when you'd like to run it. In the event something happens suddenly that would escalate to a player plot, please let us know as soon as possible.

1. ADI is only interested in using supernatural healing abilities if someone is dying when they arrive in Gloucester. Otherwise, they are vehemently anti-supernatural healing because, as with everything supernatural, there is a price to it. The experiments with Ade's blood that they might approve would be limited to animals to test if his infection is something that can spread to others. Beyond that, they're not interested in pursuing any sort of medical advances or advantage with Ade's blood. All that being said! We just want to check if Luka and Ade are planning to keep all of this on the DL, or if they're going to try to seek ADI's permission first. If they try to seek ADI's permission, they will be told no and be under much heavier scrutiny, particularly Ade. If they start out doing this quietly, they would be under less initial scrutiny. Luka's going to need to find some alternative place to store any of Ade's blood outside of ADI's medical unit if it's being collected at volume. (Would Luka's roommates like a blood freezer?) He's also going to need to disguise that he's using it. If it's for non-life threatening/minor injuries, they're going to be a lot less attentive to what he's doing than if Luka's out here healing someone who was stabbed in the lung.
2. On that note, less fear = less power. The more the boys try to limit how much fear they're generating, the less effective the healing properties of Ade's blood are going to be. They're free to discover this in the worst way possible, if you so desire! Trying to heal someone and finding out that it doesn't actually work for the full healing for a more serious injury unless there's a significant amount of fear.
3. This timeline works for us, but we just want to make sure you're aware that the team is going to be on a field mission from mid-May through June. There may be less scrutiny on what they're doing as personnel will be occupied, and there are going to be bigger fish for them to fry. There may also be more opportunity for healing as this is going to be a very dangerous mission.
4. Regarding healing and Luka's own blood being the vessel for c'nataat, we'd like to see the proposal tweaked a bit. Given the general theme of 'no good deed goes unpunished' in the Apocalypse How universe, Luka attempting to use his own injected blood for healing is going to have severely diminishing returns until Luka starts scaring people, himself. Essentially, at the point that Luka is the source of the blood, rather than Ade, Luka will need to induce fear in others, not himself, to get any healing power out of the blood. Becoming a fear repository will work to a point when he's working with Ade's oversight, but once it crosses over to Luka trying to do all of this himself, he's going to need to start scaring his patients/someone else, to get the healing to work. Because it's no longer Ade really doing anything. It's all on Luka. And there has to be intention to receive any benefit from the fear. Ade is free to notice after a certain point that he's feeling weaker and hungrier, like the whole situation he's set up with Luka isn't working anymore, or something's changed.
5. We would strongly recommend for the sake of long-term playability that Luka's mutations be kept very much on the downlow. If he goes full alien monster where ADI can see it, they will be inclined to lock Luka up and force him to go cold turkey on the blood or simply kill him. Ade may suffer a similar fate, if they find out that he was on board with this and not just a victim. It's possible that Luka could be running healing services out of Bonnie's Flophouse if he decides to move in there. She will not ask questions about what he's doing or why he might look… Stranger.
6. We'd like to clarify if you're intending to have Luka become a full-fledged avatar or just be Entity-aligned with the Stranger? Could you let us know?
7. In general, the powers you've outlined are just fine for either! The strength of them will just be lesser/greater depending on Entity-aligned vs. Avatar status.

1. Luka and Ade will definitely be keeping this on the DL, Luka doesn't trust ADI and he'll try to convince Ade that they may be better off doing this themselves. If there's any other NPC techs or doctors they talk to they might get the gist that what they plan to do is not going to be welcomed by them so they can figure out how to do this on their own. He'll probably first try to get a mini fridge in his own room
so sorry Donna and Callisto pls stay out of his room it's too messy okand eventually get a place at Bonnie's at this point (thanks for the suggestion!). They'll probably try to save very hurt or sick people first and then realize that they need to start small if they're keeping this secret.2. That sounds like a fantastic idea! Would love to explore the horrific ramifications of this and then have them discover just how much fear 'juice' is needed to power this.

5. Got it! I'll have Luka move into Bonnie's then when things get strange! Will keep Luka away from ADI's prying eyes as possible during this time.
6. Actually I think this would be the perfect setup to have Luka start an Avatar arc so yes, by the end of this plot I would like him to become a full-fledged Avatar! After his 'powers' kick in and he realizes how to use them to feed, his active choice and reasoning for serving the Stranger would be that he thinks that if he can control feeding this Entity then it would keep the Stranger full and happy and therefore not needing someone like Katie Dunn causing havok and hurting people. He's not really hurting people, just scaring them, so he's mitigating the damage, right? RIP
7. Great! I was thinking of adding one thing if he is able to get to Avatar status, is the ability to make people forget who he is in a minor way? Sort of like a Jedi-mind-trick. For example, if he feeds he can mush their memories a bit so that they don't really know who they saw, or remember a facsimile of what they saw, something or someone uncanny. I'm assuming this would allow him to still work at ADI, in case he accidentally lets his power slip or feeds? He'd do his best not to feed in ADI at all, knowing what they did to Katie, and will actively try to spend as little of his free time there as he can, but during events/shenanigans/working one too many late shifts he could slip a little. Would this mind-meldy thing keep him out of sight, so to speak? And the power would be opt-in and not always work especially if a person is strong-willed. The side-effect for him would be to lose a little of his own identity every time he uses it. This can both be permanent and temporary depending how many people were affected or how long they were affected.

Regarding giving Luka a power to modify memories to cause people to forget they encountered him, this would be acceptable assuming (as you indicated) you have permission from other players involved when using it on player characters. We would like this to be limited to memories from the past few minutes rather than Luka being able to retroactively change characters' memories at a later time. Please note that while such a power will typically work on mundane NPCs, some NPCs may prove resistant. Additionally, there may be consequences for using such a power, including a general investigation by ADI if too many people have an uncanny encounter with someone they can't quite remember. As with any power, as long as Luka is only Entity-aligned he will need to feed the Stranger before he can modify perceptions of himself unless he actively terrorizing people in the process of using the power.
