ADI is willing to let new arrivals have access to some bikes and motorized scooters. They also provide bus passes free of charge for getting around in Gloucester and nearby towns. If there is an away mission of any significant distance, they will provide transportation. They aren't willing to hand out cars to people, though. That's too much of a security and insurance risk. Working up to being trusted with a car is doable and likely to take around 6 months of consistent work and not showing yourself to be a liability.
