1) We're going to leave this up to player discretion. If it would be more uncomfortable/horrific for a character to be fully aware of their situation immediately, go for it. If the slow realization that their body does not function as they're used to would be more uncomfortable/horrific, feel free to take that route.
2) The objects they came in with are ghostly. Trying to remove them from their person beyond 10 ft will just prevent them from going anywhere. It will seem to be like whomever is holding them dropped the item. Essentially, ghosts are stuck in the clothes they died in. Sorry, team.
3) They will feel the connection to whatever they're bonded to and a powerful urge to protect that item.
4) They can move up to 10 ft away from their bonded object. Nothing will happen beyond that point because they will not be able to physically go past that range. If someone were to pick up their bonded item and try to take it away, the character would be physically dragged along with it by and unseen force.
5) If the manipulation of their code is being used to alter their appearance/change things about themselves (including updating their clothing), this would be considered a power and they would need to feed a patron to have access to it--probably not a lot, but some. Their ability to modify their code would be based on their existing aptitude and knowledge regarding how to do so.
6) Yes. Essentially, injuries to data ghosts result in damage to their bonded items. A fatal blow to the projection would break their bonded item and perma-kill them for the purposes of the game's mechanics.
7) That's fine! She will only see these effects when in ADI HQ/Housing, though. Outside of those places, there is another NPC providing illusions that would mask these effects visually. Now, if you wanted Sayori to still feel the effects of the glitching, maybe have her voice bug out, while she's outside of those places, that's totally fine! It just won't be something people can see happening.
