It would be possible to get the equipment/materials for pressure-sensing and possibly temperature sensing for the rest of her, particularly as that will help with her navigating the world and not damaging her new body. The tech for things more advanced than those items just doesn't exist on a large-scale, yet, and would be prohibitively expensive, even for the resources that ADI is drawing on.
